Design. Mold. Assemble. Ship.
All under one contract.

We don't refer you out for tooling. We don't sub the assembly to a stranger. The
mold, the part, the secondary operations, and the box on the truck — one purchase
order, one source of responsibility.

01Custom Injection Molding

Engineering-grade resins. Close-

tolerance work. Runs from

prototype to high volume.

Twenty-one presses ranging from 50 to 1,550 tons of clamp force, processing all the major commodity and engineering resins, on the same production floor.

We mold for thin-wall consumer parts, close-tolerance medical components, structural drone brackets, large industrial housings, and everything in between. Computer-controlled process monitoring runs on every press. Robotic part handling on the machines that need it. Operators with twenty- and thirty-year tenures on the ones that don't.

Standard capabilities

⎯ Short-run prototyping and high-volume production on the same tooling
⎯ Scientific molding with documented process windows
⎯ Glass-filled, mineral-filled, and impact-modified resins
⎯ Over-molding for combined hardness, color, or material requirements
⎯ Insert molding for threaded or metallic inserts
⎯ Thin-wall molding for food-grade containers and lids
⎯ Close-tolerance work for aerospace and medical specifications

02Mold Building & Maintenance

Long mold life starts with the right

tool maker. We’ve spent decades

finding ours.

If you need a new mold, we'll oversee the build with one of the tool makers we've worked with for years — chosen for trouble-free, long-running tools, not the lowest line on a quote sheet. If you have an existing mold that's tired, damaged, or running short, we handle repair, refurbishment, and ongoing maintenance in-house or alongside our partners.

You'll never juggle three suppliers for one part. The mold lives on our floor, the parts come off our presses, and the responsibility starts and stops with us.

Tooling services

New mold design, build, and qualification
Mold transfers from a previous supplier — we evaluate, document, and run
Repair and refurbishment, including welding and re-cutting
Mold storage, maintenance, and condition reporting on every run
End-of-life planning for high-cycle tools

From sketch to first shot

Most new tools follow this rough timeline. Faster is possible; slower is rare.

01

Design review

Engineering reviews part geometry, gating, cooling, and ejection. 1–2 weeks.

02

Tool build

Build with vetted partner; weekly progress reports. 6–10 weeks typical.

03

First shot & qualify

Sampling on our floor; dimensional and process qualification.

03Assembly & Secondary Operations

Finished, packaged, and ready

to ship — without a second purchase

order.

The part coming off the press is rarely the finished good. We handle the in-between — welding, machining, sub-assembly, packaging, kitting — in-house or through carefully selected subcontractors. Either way, we take complete responsibility for the finished good.

If your line needs a tray of forty kitted units in a specific orientation, we'll deliver a tray of forty kitted units in that orientation. If you need cartons palletized to a customer specification, we'll palletize to that specification. If just-in-time delivery saves you warehouse space, we'll release weekly instead of quarterly.

Services

⎯ Ultrasonic welding
⎯ CNC machining and finishing operations
⎯ Sub-assembly to your specification
⎯ Custom packaging, collating, and kitting
⎯ Heat sealing
⎯ Blister and clamshell packaging
⎯ Pad printing and basic finishing
⎯ Just-in-time (JIT) shipping schedules
⎯ Daily status reports on active orders
