02Range at a glance

What this range actually means for

your part.

— SMALL

50 — 110 ton presses

Best for parts under 6 oz shot weight. Drone airframe brackets, electronics housings, small medical components, precision fittings. Cycle times typically 8–25 seconds.

— MID

125 — 200 ton presses

The workhorses of the floor. Mid-volume consumer parts, plumbing, industrial fittings, agricultural sub-components. Best fit for runs of 10,000 to 500,000 units annually.

— LARGE

275 — 350 ton presses

Aerospace housings, medical sub-assemblies, larger industrial components. Suitable for parts up to 24 oz shot weight and runs requiring tight tolerances at scale.

— EXTRA LARGE

450 — 1,550 ton presses

Heavy industrial covers, large agricultural equipment housings, defense applications. Capable of parts up to 10 pounds and shot sizes to 220 oz. Limited capacity — book early.
