Clear expectations about what the Wayfinder may collect and why.
The intended design is to collect only the information needed to provide wayfinding, pacing and learning-path recommendations. Questions should remain optional unless a field is genuinely required for the requested service.
Some future Wayfinder questions may concern stress, support, relationships, safety or personal circumstances. Before storing those answers, MAG will define the appropriate disclosures, security controls, access rules and retention period.
If an interactive safety question is used, the system will clearly state what happens after a response, who may receive an alert, expected human response time and when emergency or crisis resources are shown. Safety information will not be used for marketing.
The Wayfinder design calls for optional questions and the ability for a member to stop. Any future stored-response workflow will also define how a member can request deletion where applicable.
Before organizational use, MAG will define what an employer receives, what remains individual/private and whether reporting is aggregated. Individual reflective answers should not silently become employee-performance data.
